16 “‘Therefore,’ this is what the Lord has said, ‘I have become compassionate[a] toward Jerusalem and will rebuild my temple[b] in it,’ says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. ‘Once more a surveyor’s measuring line will be stretched out over Jerusalem.’
