Zechariah 7:12-14

^12 (A)They made their hearts diamond-hard ^(B)lest they should hear the law and the words that the Lord of hosts had sent ^(C)by his Spirit through ^(D)the former prophets. ^(E)Therefore great anger came from the Lord of hosts. ^13 (F)“As I^[a] called, and they would not hear, ^(G)so they called, and I would not hear,” says the Lord of hosts, ^14 (H)“and I scattered them with a whirlwind among all ^(I)the nations that they had not known. ^(J)Thus the land they left was desolate, ^(K)so that no one went to and fro, ^(L)and the pleasant land was made desolate.”
