Hebrews 2:11-16
New International Version
11 Both the one who makes people holy(A) and those who are made holy(B) are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.[a](C) 12 He says,
“I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters;
in the assembly I will sing your praises.”[b](D)
13 And again,
And again he says,
14 Since the children have flesh and blood,(G) he too shared in their humanity(H) so that by his death he might break the power(I) of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil(J)— 15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear(K) of death. 16 For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham’s descendants.(L)

Hebrews 2:11-16
King James Version
11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
